Alright, you may have read some of my stories about Mitchel Musso, as himself. And characters like Jason whom was the bad guy in those stories. You can find those in the other fanfic section if you are interested in reading it after you read this one/waiting for this story to come out!
Moving on..You should know all the characters.

So here's the summary::
When Oliver gets a new crush on a girl that wins a Hannah Montana teach me to sing contest. When She then transfers schools, and gets closer to Oliver, she has no idea about Lily. When Oliver finds out her shocking secret. Will it make Lily jealous or mad??? Now its Oliver's turn to choose who is the one..

Miley, Oliver, and Lily are the beach, sitting on three pink towels.
"Sorry, about the pink towels..Jackson appeartly was late for work again, and was too stupid to put the whites and the colors separate," said Miley, rolling her eyes.
"It's okay, I love pink," replied Lily.
"I was talking to Oliver," Miley said sternly.
"Oh right..right."
"It's okay, we all make mistakes," said Oliver, looking up at the sky.
"So, is it time to see who the winner is," shrieked Lily.
"What contest?"
"The singing one, for--" Miley looked around as if someone was watching, then whispered to Oliver, "Hannah Montana."
"Oh..."
"Yeah, oh..." She looked at her phone. "Oh my gosh!"
"What," asked Lily, and Oliver at the same time? "Aw you said what at the same time as I did," said Lily in a cheery voice. "I love it when we say the same things.."
"Ok..If Romeo and Juliet are done talking at the alter, I'd like to finish of what I was Oh my goshing about?"
"Sorry," said Oliver and Lily again.
"Okay..Well my biggest fan, Nelly Marie. Text message me for the contest..She is a huge fan..."
"Who's Nelly Marie?" asked Oliver?
"Some 15 year old girl, born in Ohio. Whom is in a band, and stuff.."
"Cool, she's sounds awesome!" Said Oliver.
"HEY!" "You're even more awesomer, lily boo," said Oliver.
"Wow, I really need to find some new friends," Miley said quietly to herself...

"Alright, how do I look," asked Hannah coming out of the dressing room? They were in the touring bus. Lola got up from her sit, she was wearing a red short haired wig, a black t-shirt, and a black and white skirt with white tenis shoes.
"You look fine..."
"Where's Stanley?"
"Right here..And there's no way, I'm wearing this..." Said Mike in the dressing room next to Hannah's.
"Just come out, you look fine.." Said Lola.
"Ya..I bet you look great," said Hannah in agreement.
"Alright, fine.." Mike came out of the dressing room, wearing a skeleton t-shirt, and black pants.
"Woah, baby!" Said Lola..
"What?" Repiled Mike. "You look fabulous!"
They all walked into the recording studio, and there was Nelly awaiting to meet Hannah. "HEY, HANNAH! I'M NELLY," She shrieked in enjoyment!
"Hey, Nelly..This is Lola, and Mike."
"Nice to meet you too."
She shock Lola's hand, but looked at Mike and walked away as if he was strange. Lola laughed. Mike glared at Lola.
"Uh..Why I'm I laughing? Pshh..There's nothing to laugh at..Pshh..Pshh!"
Hannah started singing I wanna know you, and started teaching Nelly the words, and such..
After 30 minutes, they stopped and came out of the recording studio. "You were so awesome!" Said Hannah.
"Thanks, so are you.."
"So, I'll see you next time at your concert."
"Sure..Anytime, Nelz. Bye." "Well C-Y-A!" She walked out, waving goodbye. Lola closed the door behind her..
Hannah took off her wig.
"Oh, wait I forget my jacket.." Nelly turned around, without knocking she opened the door. And Miley was sitting there, along with Oliver.
She just stared deeply into Oliver.. He did the same to her. But Lola, I mean Lily was no where in the room..
"We can explain....Why we uh..Wear wigs and stuff?" Miley laughed nervously..
"No need, your secrets safe with me.." Nelly gasped. But her eyes didn't stop looking at Oliver.
"Aww, but mom...I don't want to live in LA. I'll have to leave the band, my friends, and everything.."
"Honey, you can start a new band, with new friends..They have a nice school up in LA, were you're going. It's called East Numberland High."
"Agggh!"
They arrived at their new house hours shortly...
"JACKSON!" Nelly heard while getting out of the car.
"JACKSON!" The man yelled.
"Guys, the neighboors just moved in...They can hear you." said Miley.
"Sorry," repiled Jackson, and Miley's Dad.
They walked over to Nelly's new house.
"Hey, you're Nelly Marie."
"Ya..."
"I forget to mention my real name before, I'm Miley Stewart. Um..This is my annoying, obnioxous brother, Jackson. And my dad, Robby Stewart."
"Pleasure to meet all of you.."
All of a sudden, Oliver showed up. "Oh, hey..Miley there you---" Oliver looked at Nelly, as if she was some sort of creature, or ghost trying to kill him.
He ran off..
"Who's that?" Nelly finally asked?
"Oh, that..That's just Oliver."
"Oh..Oliver..."
"Ya, Oliver Oken."
"I think he's kind of cute..."
"Girl on a Oliver Oken crush say what say what?"
"I wanna get to know him..."
Nelly skipped off to her house, before Miley could say anything..
"This could not get any worse..." Said Miley.
Miley turned around, a little boy from across the street throws a water balloon at her. "Haha, hillbilly!"
"Appeartly, it can!" Miley made a angry look, and growled.
The boy ran off inside his house, crying..
"Ya, you better run!"
Miley started walked back into her house...

I like all the dialogue, and I can see you watch a lot of Hannah Montana! The characters are exactly the same as the ones in Hannah Montana. Cool so far! :)
The next day came, and Oliver and Lilly were walking in the school hallway. Her hand over his shoulder.
"So, do you think there's gonna be a test today," asked Lilly?
"I hope not, i didn't study," Mitchel repiled.
Lilly's phone rang, and she noticed she got a text from Miley. "Oh, I got to go meet Miley in the lunch room."
"Okay..I'll miss you."
"I'll miss you more."
"No, I will," said Oliver.
Lilly growled. "Alright, you miss me more.."
"See that's why i like you, Olly Pop."
She kissed him on the cheek, and walked off. Oliver sighed, and contuined walking. When he goes to a corner, he bumps into Nelly.
All of her stuff comes flying out of her hands. She falls to the floor.
"Oh, sorry." He said, helping her get her things together, and immdently helped her up. He realized it was Nelly. and looked into her eyes. They could hear the school choir singing.
Miley, and Lilly were walking. "So, you're saying that, that Nelly likes Oliver..."
"Pretty much.."
"Oh, well. At least i know that Olly, loves me, and wouldn't think of dumping me for someone else..."
They walked to where the corner of where Oliver and Nelly was. Both Miley and Lilly gasped, and yelled, "OLIVER!"
Oliver was kissing Nelly! It was unbelievable. "Uh, uh.." He shuddered. "Lilly Pop."
"NO, Don't you Lilly pop me! I thought you loved me!"
Nelly frowned.
"Ya, I thought you loved Lilly. No offense Nelly." said Miley.
"None taken."
"I do, it's just that--" but lilly cut him off.
"Thanks a lot for cheating on me..."
"Lilly Wait!" oliver said.
She turned around, tears falling from her eyes.
Then Nelly blurred out, "I kissed him, but he pulled me away. and said he had a girlfriend named Lilly. But i didn't listen, so i kissed him again. and you two came, and saw us. I'm sorry..I didn't know that you cared for each other that much."
"We'll we do." said Lilly.
"I'm sorry." Nelly said quietly.
"Come on, Miley. Come on, Olly Pop." said Lily.
They walked off, but as they were leaving. Oliver stopped, and said, "thanks. I-uh..I made a mistake of kissing you, its just you remain me of someone i once..."
"Save it, Oliver." Nelly said, quietly.
"What?"
"Just don't talk to me, okay," Nelly replied, sounding sad. She walked off. Oliver stood their sad.
When the next day of school came, there was no signs of Nelly being there. "Oh, man..What did I do?" He banged his head against Miley's locker. Then, Miley shortly arriving from behind him. Giving him a strange look. "Woahie..What situation are you in? And why are you banging your head against my locker," asked Miley, while Oliver contuined to bang his head against her locker. He stopped, and turned to face her, "Oh, sorry. I thought this was my locker." He walked over to the next locker. and banged his head against his locker. "Okay. STOP!" She pulled him away from the locker. "What's the matter with you?" "I kissed Nelly.." "I know, she told me...Wait, what? Oliver kissed Nelly say what?" Lilly walked down to where Miley's locker was, and stopped to listen to what was going on. "I kissed Nelly on accident..I never met for it to happen it just did. And now she hates me..And If I tell Lily, she's just gonna think I'm a liar and a cheat."
"You really did do that on accident?"
"Yes, Milez. I promise it was a total misunderstanding..."
Lily appeared. "Uh...Lily." Her arms were crossed. She had a plan look on her face. "I heard what you said..."
"Lily..I wouldn't blame you, if you wanted to break up with me.."
Lily smiled, and said "I'm not.."
"And know, I'm a disappointment."
"OLIVER!"
"And I hurt you badly.."
"OLLLLLIVER!" Both the girls screamed at him.
"What?"
"Didn't you hear me," Lily asked? She walked over to him. "I still wanna date you.."
Oliver walked over to Nelly's house, after school. And knocked on the door. Nelly answered. "Listen..Um..I told Miley and Lily..I kissed you..And how much it was a mistake.."
"You don't understand, Oliver. I like you."
She played with his hair... He pulled her hand away. "I know you do, but I'm dating Lily."
"Then dump her..Go out with me, you said it yourself. I remind you of someone I once loved."
"Ya, but that was a long time ago, and I'm over that girl.."
Nelly grabbed him, and kissed him. Lily and Miley appeared. "HA, I saw all of that!"
"UGH..YOU'RE LUCKY TO HAVE A BOYFRIEND!" Nelly sat on the patio. and started crying.
Miley walked over to her. "What's wrong?"
"No one wants to be my boyfriend, cause no one loves me..I should just give up."
"Well, I'm just gonna go to the bathroom," Lily and oliver giggled when Miley looked at them.
"I'm not pretty. I'm not good enough for anyone.." Cried Nelly.
"We all wanna believe in love, we all wanna believe in something bigger then just us.." sang Miley. She knew it was Nelly's favorite song.
She looked up, and looked back down sadly.
"Look. Maybe, Oliver has found someone..But it doesn't mean you should stop trying..Just like me being Hannah Montana, if I quit. I wouldn't be on the number one charts.."
Nelly waped her tears away.
"Do you think I'll find my dream guy ever?"
"I know so.."
Miley helped Nelly up. and hugged her. Lily and Oliver came back. "Oliver, I'm sorry. I tried to kiss you, knowing that you have a girlfriend.. Can we start over and be friends?"
"Sure." Oliver said.
"This calls for a group hug..Bring it in," Nelly shouted.
They all hugged...
"I know one thing I got.." Nelly said shortly.
"What's that?" Miley asked.
"Friends.."
Miley, Lily, Oliver, and Nelly all smiled. And from then on, they knew there friendship would last forever...
