I have met Mitchel before & I would love to go to his concert in September.
(pictures of when i met him: http://good-times.webshots.com/album/561487419gnSVJO)
Can anyone tell me some info about the concert like:
- How many songs does he sing?
- How many opening bands are there before he comes out?
- For the VIP, does it include a ticket to the show? and do you get inside the arena early than everyone else who doesent have a VIP ticket (like after you meet him).
Hey i wish i could help but my first Mitchel concert will be at the end of the month, so if you wanna wait that long i can tell you then! If not I'm sure someone will let you know soon
- How many songs does he sing? That depends on if it is Mitchel's show or if he is opening for Metro Station. When he is touring with Metro, his set is 30 minutes and he sings about six songs. When it is his show, he is on stage for nearly an hour and does nearly every song on his album, plus a few random ones.
- How many opening bands are there before he comes out? That also depends on if he is touring with Metro or not. I believe there is one act before him when touring with Metro. When it is his show, there has been one and two acts before him. For many of the upcoming shows, KSM is the opening act, so there is one before him.
- For the VIP, does it include a ticket to the show? and do you get inside the arena early than everyone else who doesent have a VIP ticket (like after you meet him).
Yes, VIP is a ticket to the show. You must buy a ticket to the show to get in, VIP or not. No, VIP does not get you in early. You will arrive with everyone else, but will go to a room a while before the show for the meet 'n' greet. I believe VIP is better parking in some cases too. Only people inside the venue early are the venue workers, tour crew, the act and the act's friends & family.
- Anything else comes with the 'VIP' ticket? VIP is usually a better seat, the meet 'n' greet and in some cases, better parking. Though, it varies in some places, so you'll want to look at the description before your purchase.
Has anyone been to a concert at the house of blues? Do you know if the VIP's sit in the front or the back? Although I have not been to a concert at the House of Blues, I believe they sit in front.

So pretty much, since your VIP, you will have a bad view to the show (general admission show) because your not in line to get inside and instead is in a room so by the time you get out of the room all that is left is a corner at the end of the venue to watch the show correct? btw, thanks for answering my questions :) :) :)
musiccrazy407, i've been to the HOB in orlando, fl and its all general admission (standing) so its first come, first serve. at least in the orlando one.

That I don't know. I don't think it'd be a bad view. I would assume you'd get out early enough to get your right spot. Though, I'm not positive. Every place is different.
