That's really sad. I used to love the forum and I really hope we will find a way to resurrect it. 1000 views a day and no posts ? That's a shame. There's one problem however. There's a forum on Mitchel's Official Website and there are way more people there.
I find his "official" website not useful at all. No new pictures, no news, etc. It's fancy & shiny, there's lots of bling, but it's not useful at all. MMO is great and deserves way more attention than it currently gets.
BTW - IMO the current website layout is really bad. The header is not attractive at all and the layout, according to me, cannot attract new visitors, no matter how much content the site has. The previous layout was WAY better.

Why don't you ask Mitchel for a favor - to plug MMO on twitter. That will most probably attract a lot of new users to the site and will certainly help our cause - to expand the forum userbase.
we need to find a way of promoting this site..... i found it when i was looking for info on Mitchel and this was top so wee need to make it better(even though its very very good now!) to get it to the top when people are looking....

Forum posting is the good thig to create back links. One of the innovations that we made to Silverlight Show site in the last year was the release of our own Forums. The purpose of the forums is to provide a comfort zone for all Silverlight, Windows Phone and LightSwitch developers so they can easily discuss their issues with others. It's fancy & shiny, there's lots of bling, but it's not useful at all.
