There can be various factors that may lead to this error. The main reason is the limitations of Windows 7. As Windows Internet explorer 7recognizes the MIME type of digital license only and at the same time, it also determines that the link should be opened using Software Licensing Commerce Client (SLCC). This can lead to the conditions that may lead to the problem. Other reasons that may lead to this error include: The Automatic Update Manager (AUM) is unable to format the XML for the Digital License Package before starting the download process. This issue occurs only when you start the downloading process after purchasing the WAU package. Therefore, for resolving this issue, you should ensure that all the entries for the WAU purchase are done correctly. For this, click the link that appears in the purchase confirmation email sent to you and then download the Windows upgrade again. However, if the problem still persists, then contact iGennie technical support for Windows. Call on the iGennie customer support number, +1-888-738-7728 (toll free) and the iGennie technicians will help you in obtaining a new DLP for your WAU and will also offer you technical support for troubleshooting your AUM, so that it can correctly format the XML for the DLP.
