So here's my ideal for a poem, we all know that people can be cruel, and not understand what it's like from an animal's point of view of what pain really is, when an unwanted owner gets a dog or cat, and abuses him/her. So instead of writing a poem about how wrong people today are for hurting animals, I've decided to write a poem in the eyes of a dog who was being abused.
here's what i got:
"Master's paw hit me across the eye, I screamed in pain, trying to run far away, As he grabs me, he shouts, Bad dog I never understood, What I did that was so wrong, Next thing I knew I was flying across the room, I felt the fire burn my coat, I cried for Master to save me, But he laughed and left me astray, The fire burned me alive, At that moment, I met death straight in the eye." -WRITTEN BY: PIKACHU7890 -TITLE: Russel's White Rose

aw no i hate animal cruilty. my sisters boyfriends dog was going to get shot untill i told my dad i was reali upsett. my dad talked to him and its all okai now i hope! but the poems good but sad. =[
